Installation Guide – How to Set Up Housing-Co (PHP/MySQL)
Step 1: Start the Server
✅ Using XAMPP:
- Open XAMPP Control Panel → Start Apache & MySQL.
✅ Using Laragon:
- Open Laragon → Click Start All to run Apache & MySQL.
Step 2: Extract Project Files
- Download & extract the Housing-Co real estate project files.
- Move the folder to:
- For XAMPP:
C:\xampp\htdocs\housing-co
- For Laragon:
C:\laragon\www\housing-co
Step 3: Set Up Database
- Open phpMyAdmin via:
- XAMPP:
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
- Laragon:
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
- Create a new database named housing-co.
- Import the SQL file (
housing-co.sql) from the DATABASE folder.
- Click Go to complete the import process.
