About the Role
We need an experienced Shopify Expert for a contract engagement with US-based eCommerce clients. You will build custom Liquid themes, Shopify apps, and headless storefronts using Hydrogen and React.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Develop Shopify apps (public or private) using Node.js or PHP
- Implement Shopify Hydrogen storefronts with React
- Integrate third-party tools: Klaviyo, ReCharge, Gorgias, etc.
- Optimize checkout flows and conversion rates
Requirements
- 3+ years of Shopify development experience
- Expert-level Liquid templating skills
- JavaScript and React experience (for Hydrogen projects)
- Understanding of Shopify Plus and B2B features
Contract Terms
Project-based engagement. USD rate negotiable. Estimated duration: 3–6 months with extension possible.
